Yes. The United Beauty Award is a 100% online competition. You submit your application and all materials through your Personal Account on our website. The jury evaluates every submission digitally. You can participate and win from any country in the world — no travel required.
• June 25, 2026 — Registration opens
• August 25, 2026 — Submission deadline (all forms must be completed and submitted)
• August 28 – September 7, 2026 — Jury evaluation period
• September 13, 2026 — Winners announcement at the Gala Event
The registration fee is $99 for your first nomination category. Each additional category added in the same order costs $49. The registration fee covers the processing and evaluation of your application and does not affect the judging results in any way.
Yes — there’s no limit. You can enter as many nominations as you like and submit more than one work within a single nomination. Each work is submitted as a separate application and is judged independently. Pricing works per order: $99 for your first entry and $49 for every additional entry in the same order — including a second work in the same nomination.
The registration fee is non-refundable. Once your payment is confirmed, your forms unlock in your Personal Account and you can fill them in at any time — save your progress and come back as often as you like. Everything simply needs to be completed and submitted before the deadline on August 25, 2026.
Each nomination page shows a short description of the category. The full requirements — photos, video and text fields — are set out in that nomination’s Regulations. Open the Regulations for your category and read them carefully before you apply.
For the Masters block, we apply a strict Blind Judging system — the jury evaluates your work without knowing your name, country, or any personal information. Only your submitted materials are assessed.
For the Business and Education blocks, the participant’s identity is disclosed, as the jury also evaluates public profile, media presence, brand recognition, and business achievements.
Every entry is scored out of 100. The jury awards 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each nomination; every other participant scoring 80 points or more receives a Certificate of Merit.
• Winner (1st place): physical trophy + digital certificate + “Winner” digital badge + the right to use the “UBA 2026 Winner” title everywhere + announcement at the Gala Event + a feature on the UBA website + a PR post on UBA’s social media.
• 2nd place: digital certificate + “2nd Place” digital badge + the right to use “UBA 2026 — 2nd Place” + announcement at the Gala Event + a mention on the UBA website.
• 3rd place: digital certificate + “3rd Place” digital badge + the right to use “UBA 2026 — 3rd Place” + announcement at the Gala Event + a mention on the UBA website.
• Certificate of Merit (80+ points): digital certificate + the right to use “UBA 2026 — Certificate of Merit”.
All winners and recognized participants receive their digital certificate by email after the results are announced. The 1st-place winner in each nomination also receives a physical trophy — presented on stage if they attend the Gala Event in Miami on September 13, or shipped by mail otherwise (international shipping is covered by the recipient).
The Gala Event on September 13, 2026, in Miami, Florida is an exclusive private dinner and networking evening — a separate event from the online competition. Attendance is entirely optional.
If you wish to receive your award in person on stage, you will need to purchase a Gala Event ticket. Tickets are available in Standard and VIP formats. Winners who do not attend will receive their awards by mail.

To apply for jury membership, fill out the Join the Jury form on our website. You will need to demonstrate outstanding professional achievements in the beauty industry. Applications are reviewed by the Organizing Committee within 14 business days. If your application is approved, you will receive an official invitation to join the judging panel.
