How to Submit Your Application
A simple step-by-step guide to joining the United Beauty Award 2026.

UBA is an international award. Professionals from any country can participate. Submissions, judging and the results broadcast are all online — there is nothing to travel to.
Step 1. Choose Your Categories
Browse the categories in the Masters, Business or Education blocks. Before you decide, open PREVIEW FORM to see the whole application, and REGULATIONS for the full rules and judging criteria in eight languages — both are open without an account. Select the ones that best match your expertise and add them to your cart. You can apply for multiple categories to increase your chances of winning.
Step 2. Create Your Account
Proceed to checkout. You will be asked to log in or register using your email address. A secure verification code will be sent to your email — no passwords to remember. This will create your Personal Account.
Step 3. Pay the Registration Fee
Complete the payment for your selected categories. Please note: until October 27 the fee is $59 for your first category and $39 for each additional category in the same order. From October 28 it is $79 and $49.
Step 4. Access Your Nomination Forms
Once payment is confirmed, the detailed nomination forms will unlock in your Personal Account. You don’t have to fill them out immediately.
Step 5. Prepare and Submit
Take your time to prepare your materials (photos, videos, descriptions). You can save your progress and return to your Personal Account anytime. Just make sure to complete and submit all your forms before the final deadline: November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM New York time.
Important Note on Awards Delivery:
Digital certificates will be emailed after the results are announced. 1st-place Winners also receive a physical trophy — shipped wherever they are in the world. Please note that shipping costs for physical awards are covered by the recipient.
